I’ve always been a snacker. It seems like I’m hungry almost all the time and snacks are important for me and anyone who comes in contact with me when I’m in hangry mode. I’ve been trying these organic snacks from Bare Snacks the past few weeks & love adding them to smoothies, my yogurt bowls, salads, or just to stick in my bag to munch on between classes!
I love that there are a variety of different flavors from coffee bean to chocolate coconut chips and cinnamon apple and a whole slew of other flavors! This means I can mix up a regular yogurt bowl snack with a little zest and crunch or change my favorite smoothie recipe!

Berry Smoothie Recipe:
1-1.5 cups whole milk yogurt (or non-dairy substitute)
1 cup whole milk (or non-dairy substitute, I recommend coconut for this)
A handful of raspberries
2 teaspoons chia seeds
Add all ingredients into blender or other mixing device on high for 2 minutes until smooth. Add a 1/4 cup water if too thick.
Sprinkle any flavor of Bare Snacks coconut chips on top, and enjoy!
