This sequence is also great if you are a yoga teacher learning how to accommodate pregnant bodies in your classes. There are more details in the downloadable PDF that comes as part of this course. Practicing the sequence yourself whether you are expecting or gaining information for your teaching and doing so with a pregnant body is valuable.
It’s helpful to watch the sequence first and take notes about how a pregnant body moves and the modifications I provide, then try it yourself. If you are postpartum and movement feels good this sequence is a great way to work back into your body post-pregnancy. It will give you confidence and courage to feel your way back into yourself and build strength and flexibility back.
